Zakirni Terms of Service

By installing or using Zakirni (the "App"), you agree to these terms. Read the Privacy Policy alongside this — it covers what we store, how, and why.
1. What Zakirni is
A personal subscription tracker. It helps you remember when subscriptions renew, see total monthly spend, and review what you're paying for. It is not a bank, financial advisor, or payment processor. Nothing in the App is financial advice.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the security of your account password. Don't share it. If you sign in with Apple or Google, you're bound by their terms too.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Zakirni.
3. Free + sponsor-supported
Zakirni is free to use. We may show clearly-labeled sponsor banners and inbox messages. We review every sponsor before they go live; we do not run programmatic ads. A paid Premium tier is planned for a future release.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Zakirni to: - store data that isn't yours - attack the App or our backend (scraping, brute-force, denial-of-service) - abuse the sign-up flow with bots or throwaway emails
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your data, your control
You own the data you put in. We hold it on your behalf so the App can work across your devices. Delete your account from Settings → Data & privacy at any time — it permanently removes every record.
6. Service availability
We work hard to keep Zakirni up, but we offer no uptime guarantee. We may update, change, or temporarily suspend features. We'll give meaningful notice for changes that materially affect existing users.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Local notifications
Renewal reminders are scheduled locally on your device. They may fail to fire if your device is off, in airplane mode, has notifications muted, or has aggressively backgrounded the App. Use Zakirni as one signal among many — don't rely on it alone for time-critical payment decisions.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in-app before they take effect.
